Please wear your timing chip as shown and explained below to ensure accurate timing.

Thread the plastic tie strap through one side of the chip and under your shoelaces and back up through the other side of the chip.

Cut off any excess strap with a pair of scissors. Ensure that the chip cannot be detached from the shoe.

Tie the chip in combination with the shoe lace and the cable tie strap.
You cannot use your other personal chip to record your time.
Usage of multiple chips will not record your time and will amount to disqualification.
Each chip is digitally registered in your name and your running number. We suggest you keep your chip sealed in its envelope until the night before the race and then attach it to your shoe
Please do not lose your chip and DO NOT exchange your chip with anyone else. Any interchange will amount to disqualification and no timing. You will also be liable to be disqualified.
Do not let the chip come in contact with any kind of magnetic field.
